Et le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9licieux !<br>\ud83d\udc49Ingr\u00e9dients<br>\u25aa200g poivron rouge&nbsp;<br>\u25aa100g cotes de blettes<br>\u25aa3 gousses d&#8217;ail&nbsp;<br>\u25aa1 bo\u00eete de pois chiches&nbsp;<br>\u25aa1 c\u00e0s pur\u00e9e amandes&nbsp;<br>\u25aaJus d&#8217;un demi citron vert<br>\u25aa1 c\u00e0c fleur de sel<br>\u25aaPinc\u00e9e de poivre noir<br>\u25aa2 poign\u00e9es amandes grill\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3fDans un plat allant au four, \u00e9taler le poivron en morceaux, les c\u00f4tes de blettes, l&#8217;ail envelopp\u00e9 dans du papier alu, et verser un filet d&#8217;aquafaba (l&#8217;eau des pois chiches)Cuire 30 mins \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br>Dans robot, mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients sans les amandes.
