Ces biscuits sabl\u00e9s fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la figue \u00e9taient les pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de ma maman. <br>Et c&#8217;\u00e9tait les seuls biscuits que j&#8217;achetais sans h\u00e9sitation avant, me disant qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient sains, <br>comme ils contenaient des fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar\u00e8s quatre tentatives, ce n&#8217;est pas peu fi\u00e8re que je vous partage LA recette des Newton fig rolls en version vegan, sans gluten et sans huile.<br>Elle est tellement d\u00e9licieuse que je regrette m\u00eame de ne pas l&#8217;avoir trouv\u00e9 avant !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc49 Pour 16 biscuits:<br>\ud83d\udd38150g figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<br>\ud83d\udd3830g jus de citron<br>\ud83d\udd38130g farine d&#8217;avoine<br>\ud83d\udd3875 poudre d&#8217;amande<br>\ud83d\udd3830g sucre de coco (ou roux)<br>\ud83d\udd381 c\u00e0s f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<br>\ud83d\udd381\/2 c\u00e0c levure chimique<br>\ud83d\udd3850g pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes<br>\ud83d\udd38100g lait d&#8217;amandes<br>\ud83d\udd38 Pinc\u00e9e vanille<br>\ud83d\udd38 Pinc\u00e9e sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3c Enlever les queues des figues et les mettre \u00e0 tremper dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante.<br>\ud83c\udf3cDans saladier, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs. Ajouter pur\u00e9e amandes et lait d&#8217;amandes, et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la spatule jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une boule de p\u00e2te.<br>\ud83c\udf3cDrainer les figues en gardant l&#8217;eau de trempage, et mixer dans un robot les figues, le jus de citron et 30g de l&#8217;eau de trempage.<br>\ud83c\udf3c Couper la p\u00e2te en deux et les \u00e9taler dn rectangles entre deux feuilles de cuisson, au rouleau. \u00c9taler une bande de la pur\u00e9e de figues au milieu de chaque bande, puis rouler en boudins avec le papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br>\ud83c\udf3c R\u00e9server les boudins au frigo une demi-heure, puis les couper en petits rectangles.<br>\ud83c\udf3cCuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 14 mins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&#8217;ai toujours ador\u00e9 les Newton.
